General Information

The mission of AFJROTC program is to "Develop citizens of character dedicated to serving their community and nation." This is not a military recruiting program and in no way obligates students to pursue a military career after high school. Students enrolled in the program are taught about Aerospace Science and provided the opportunity to learn about history of air power, aerodynamics, space, and cultural studies. Students are also provided instruction on Leadership and learn leadership principles, health and wellness, life skills, intercommunication skills, and the principles of management. Every student in AFJROTC learns the importance of making timely as well as educated decisions when establishing post high school goals.

Joining JROTC was the best decision I made in high
school, because it’s one big family
