Aerospace Science
This new course provides students with up-to-date information on exploring the concept of global awareness and the cultures of other regions throughout the world. It starts with an introduction of what global awareness is and the effects of technology on global culture. Students are then taken on a journey around the world, through different cultures in the Middle East, Asia, Africa, Latin America, Europe, and Australia.
Aerospace Science is taught each week. Every year the topic of study is changed on a 4 year year rotation. Cadets will study Aviation History, Cultural Studies, Science of Flight, or Exploration of Space in a given school year.
As material is taught during the school year the textbook will be uploaded and password protected Chapters & Units will be provided for easy access at home. The Chapters will be uploaded into Schoology so only student may access the material. In addition, homework and any in class material such as hard copy of notes, etc. will also be uploaded so students always have access for any absences that may occur.
